 The natural park of ALBUFERA 

Valencia’s Albufera is distinctive in that it is currently a freshwater lagoon that is typically referred to as a lake. By the 1600s, the lagoon that had originally been salt water had changed to fresh water as a result of years of rising sandbars and other natural changes. The water from this lake, which is close to the Mediterranean Sea, continues to flow into the sea, but it now comes from rivers and rice fields.

Q1. Why did you choose this place?

Because the first time I came to Valencia , all people surrounding me were talking about it, so I decided to visit it one weekend.

The moment I visited it I really loved it , and it was the first time I see a small lake that beautiful and calm.

One of the most popular activities for tourists and locals alike is going to the Albufera Lake to take a boat ride at sunset and it is what I did and enjoyed completely.

Q2. What do you think makes you be at ease?

The quietness I experienced at Albufera was so good because I never thought that a boat ride above the calm water while enjoying the sunset will make me feel that way, I felt so peaceful.

Since Albufera is so large, there are of course many things to do in this area, and I will add eating Paella since this place it the origin where it was first cooked.

Q3. Is there any disruptive element?

I like everything in the place except that there was really a big line to get in the boat ride , so I had to wait for a long time to get in it.

Also in weekends the Albufera is full of people and tourists who wants to visit what make it noisy sometimes.

Q4. Do you think you’d feel the same way in another space right now?

Although there are other areas that are just as nice and fascinating as Albufera, I believe that if I were there, I would feel the same way.

Q5. Do you think that the particular conditions of this space may influence its occupants? How?

Yes, I agree that a place like Albufera needs a lot of upkeep to preserve the serene atmosphere and feelings it gives off. Because of this, the occupants are influenced by the unique conditions of beauty and quietness.

Q6. Would you change anything?

For me, the location was a little out of the way, and I actually find it a little challenging to find a direct bus there. To save time and energy, I would like to create a unique mode of transportation that takes people there immediately.
